Mr. Tucker has over 20 years experience
in managing Information Technology projects in the following
sectors: Federal and Municipal Government, Banking, Affordable
Housing Financing, Risk Management and Insurance; possesses
special expertise in Business Information Systems and Data
Modeling. Mr. Tucker also developed and managed agency-wide
Risk Management Program for real estate assets, utilizing
loss analysis methodology, forecasting, and retained risk
optimization, resulting in Program savings estimated to
be $33 million over a three year period; supervised a project
management staff responsible for the development of the
agency’s real estate inventory and reporting system
(REOMS); streamlined the reporting processes and cash management
system for agency contractors.
